Bottling Day Checklist

1. Clean bottling bucket, siphon system, bottle filler, nozzle, bottles, etc
2. Start 18oz of water to boil
3. Determine amount of priming sugar needed
4. Add sugar to boiling water & continue boil
5. Fill bottling bucket w. 2gal starsan(check nozzle is closed)
6. Add siphon, bottling wand, etc to bottling bucket sanitizer
7. Siphon a gallon of sanitizer into another bucket
8. Spigot the remaining sanitizer to the other bucket
9. Cool sugar solution in waterbath
10. Sanitize bottles with Starsan spray
11. Sanitize 50 bottlecaps
12. Sanitize any corks to be used
13. Add 1/2 of the sugar to bottling bucket
14. Siphon appx 2.5 gallons of beer to bottling bucket
15. Add remainder of sugar
16. Siphon remaining beer
17. attach bottling wand
18. fill bottles
19. cap/cork bottles
20. store bottles
